Ei Electronics Service Level Agreement
General Service Commitment
Ei Electronics will use commercially reasonable efforts to make each Listed Services available with an annual Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9%.

- SmartLINK Web portal Service
- SmartLINK Alert Notification Service
- AES Key Data management Service
SLA Exclusions
The Service Commitment does not apply to any unavailability, suspension or termination of Listed Services, or any other Ei Electronics performance issues caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including any force majeure event or Internet access or related problems beyond the demarcation point of Ei Electronics.
